Chef/owner Massimiliano Melis, from Selargius, a small town in the south of Sardinia believes in serving traditional, simple, home-made Italian cuisine but also enjoys the challenge of infusing
flavours from his homeland into his dishes, making Il Moro a little bit more than the average Italian restaurant.
Within a cosy and personal surrounding, guests can relax amidst artwork made by the family and traditional artefacts, old photographs, plates and tapestries from Sardinia. Stepping into Il Moro is
