Former head chef of theHotel Gotham, Matthew Tyalor has extended the all day menu at Manchester Art Gallery’s café, to include summery bakes, seasonal salads and fresh, light meals. The 100-cover space is warm and welcoming, offering table service and outside seating in front of the famous gallery.
Meals include chicken schnitzel with, heritage potato, sauerkraut and dressed leaves, or the Moroccan couscous, apricot, pomegranate and toasted seeds. All of which comes at a reasonable price.
Parents will appreciate the children’s menu, with dishes such as a cheddar toastie, and penne pasta with pesto and cheese, more than likely to keep the kids happy.
