Franco Manca’s Ealing branch is superbly located in the heart of the Broadway, just around the corner from mainline and underground links to the rest of London. It’s near the Ealing Broadway shopping centre, making it the perfect pit stop after perusing all the shops. In the class you can expect to up your knowledge of the perfect dough, making Neapolitan-style pizza, wielding a peel, and more. The classes last around two and a half hours and cost £30. They are held on the last of Monday of the month in the afternoons. You can book individually or as a group.
