Over fussy expensive and cold
this was one of the worst meals I can remember. The food was cold and had to be sent back. The presentation was over fussy and poor. Clearly a chef without a clue of what works. The flavours were poor to non existent and bland . The biggest rip off is if you want a steak it’s £10 supplement over the set price, ok I get that. But it comes with nothing not even a garnish just a lump of meat in its own in a plate. If you want and vegetables or potatoes it’s £4 a portion for each. Unbelievable.
if you want to go somewhere there are many better places to go for what you pay.

Amazing food and service.
The food is sublime! Always cooked to perfection. It is so nice to have somewhere local where you can dress up to go out and eat. I love the dã©cor, the quiet friendly professionalism of the waiters/waitresses and also the fact that although it is not 'cheap', it is certainly worth every penny! Its like having a Central London eatery on my doorstep!

Went there after a long time. The dishes on the menu were exquisite. Good decor and inspire of full restaurant service was good. Full restaurant always makes a good ambience. Value was good as the portions were large enough to be shred between two.
Great food, service and ambience for a regional place. Fixed price menu so always a good value for money. All locally sourced ingredients and seasonal menu makes it very interesting and colourful.
