The minimalist interior gives off a distinct café vibe with metal bar stools, tiled counters, exposed brick walls, plenty of greenery, bare wooden tables and hanging vintage bulbs. Brew sources ingredients from local suppliers and grow herbs right in the garden and bakes breads and cakes fresh every morning.
Arrive bright and early at 7am and de-stress outside on the terrace while sipping an iced coffee, a mango delight smoothie with orange, spinach, yoghurt and honey, or the Malteser hard shake with Jack Daniels if you want to start the party early. Brew has a range of hot drinks to choose from, also serving smoothies, dirty juices with touches of vodka and gin, wines, beers and cocktails, including the Summer Punch with pineapple, strawberries, mint, spiced rum and topped with ginger beer.
Brew’s breakfast selection is a stand-out at the café with dishes such as Turkish eggs, toasted banana bread, homemade granola, sweetcorn fritters, and the signature Brew melt of ham, gruyere, pesto tomato, and poached eggs served on toasted flat bread. If you don’t feel like a breakfast, munch on goat’s cheese ravioli with walnut pesto, the pan-fried halloumi pide with lime aioli, rocket and roasted peppers, or enjoy a small plate of lamb kofta with aubergine, harissa yoghurt and pomegranate.
At the Chiswick site, you can also grab a slice of wood-fired pizza. Try the black truffle and buffalo mozzarella with smoked burrata as tasty option, before rounding off your meal with a peanut butter panna cotta, affogato, or the cakes of the day.
On Wednesday, Friday and Saturday night, bring along a mate or a date for a two- or three-course meal special.
