is furnished with cosy leather booths and oversized sunburst mirrors while below stairs painted wood furniture, vintage ads for Havana Club rum and Babalu cigars and exposed ducting whisk one away
to the sweaty back streets of Sao Paulo. Signature cocktails from the Americas are the favourite of the bar, though bottled beers and wines from the region are also popular, while Bar Salsa’s food
menu is typically relaxed and indulgent, featuring fabulous tapas sharers as well as main dishes for the hungry along the lines of burgers, fajitas and other Texacarna favourites.
