Think Bananas in Pyjamas and ‘My Little Pony’ for thirtysomething kidults at a Koh Samui pool party – let loose in a glowing sea of bouncy, bright plastic spheres. Cocktails take their cue from a 1980s kids’ birthday party, with Pink Shrimp Daiquiri, Bubble Gum Refresher and Skittles Sour among the ‘sweeties’. And for those who wouldn’t be caught dead drinking Black Forest Gateau, head for A Very Serious Drink (a Bulleit whiskey, Benedictine and Cognac Manhattan), one of several fixes for grown-ups.
