The spaces are equally as varied as the events they host – with bookable areas available across the whole premises. While exclusive use is an option, groups can also hire the lower-ground floor or sections across the venue. A stylish and capacious outdoor terrace is available to hire year-round – come winter, it’s filled with six eight-seat private igloos that will keep guests fed and warm. From quiet corners to exclusive use, the choice is yours for where you want to take your event.
For birthday parties you can treat guests to a mixology class or a wine tasting session, or even ask The Sipping Room to bring in a DJ for you, to really get the atmosphere going. Food options range from getting everyone together for a brunch at the start of the day through to enjoying sharing plates with friends later on, or of course standard three course menus.
With Wifi, plug points and AV equipment, Private Dining at The Sipping Room is great for a professional meet or event too. Treat clients and colleagues to an informal breakfast before business or pull out all the stops after work for drinks on the roof terrace.
The internationally led menu includes diverse picks for whatever mood you want to create. There are burgers and buttermilk chicken for casual dining, or more exotic things like a Malaysian curry (either a chicken or vegan option) with coconut yogurt and wild rice; or poached salmon with dill pickles, capers, new potatoes and watercress. For sides there is a dedicated potato section which includes chips, new potatoes and sweet potato fries among other options; while elsewhere you can pick from things like tomato salad or halloumi sticks.
Drinks are equally as far-reaching, with carefully honed cocktails and wine lists on offer as well as a whole host of soft and hot drinks.
