The Drift offers two private rooms: the secluded ‘cabana’, a private space for up to 12 diners which boasts a captivating view of Europe’s largest private aquarium; and the luxurious ‘nook’ semi-private dining room, which seats up to 15 and features gold wallpaper, ornate candelabras and crystal glassware.
