Giuseppe and Pamela Turi

Originally from Puglia, Giuseppe Turi worked as a Sommelier, Maitre D’ and Restaurant Manager at two of London's top hotels - the Athenaeum Hotel and The Connaught, before leaving to open Enoteca Turi in 1990. Though a qualified teacher Giuseppe's wife Pamela joined him in 1992 to contribute her invaluable managerial skills, which have helped Enoteca Turi become the success it is today.
Massimo Tagliaferri
Head Chef
Massimo attended catering school in Casago near Lake Como, but it's his experience working in the kitchens of some London's top hotels and restaurants that have led to his becoming Head Chef at Enoteca Turi. His CV includes stints at the Dorchester, Grosvenor House and Claridges, and he has consulted in a number of restaurants, including Floriana and Sartoria. Massimo shares Giuseppe’s passion for regional Italian cuisine, and loves the challenge of reworking dishes for British diners.
Cesare Papagna
Restaurant Manager
With over 20 years' experience working in the hospitality sector, both in Italy and the UK, Cesare knows just what it takes to ensure guests at Enoteca Turi receive an exemplery experience. He has previously worked at Cipriani Restaurant, Franco's and Novikov in Mayfair, but now enjoys throwing himself into the challenge of getting to know Enoteca Turi's regular diners, and helping to make their experience a memorable one.
Manuel Sorana
Assistant Manager and Head Sommelier
Manuel oversees Enoteca Turi's impressive wine cellar, using the experience he has gained at a number of top-rated hotels in Italy to recommend wines from the restaurant’s extensive list. He's also passionate about providing a superior dining experience for all guests.
