The venue boasts a plum location for private dining in the City, with an easily accessible space that is just a short walk from Bank, Cannon Street and Mansion House tube stations.
Ekte Nordic Kitchen is available to hire partially or exclusively for all manner of private dining and corporate events, including milestone birthday dinners, boardroom meetings and charity banquets. The restaurant’s main dining room is decked out like a chic apartment, complete with bookshelves and communal tables. If you opt to hire out the entirety of Ekte Nordic Kitchen, your guests will dine here, with the space able to accommodate up to 80 guests for sit-down meals or up to 130 for standing drinks receptions.
If you are planning a smaller scale event, you can instead hire out Ekte Nordic Kitchen’s private dining room, which is a cosy and simple space reflective of the Nordic style that the restaurant draws inspiration from. The private dining room is flooded with natural light thanks to large windows and can accommodate up to 24 guests for sit-down meals and up to 30 guests for a standing reception.
If you choose to host a sit-down meal, guests will be able to dine on three-course set menus, while an open plan kitchen allows guests to watch the chef prepare signature Nordic dishes such as Smørrebrød and Frikadeller.
During the summer months, guests who hire a space at Ekte Nordic Kitchen are able to take advantage of the restaurant’s terrace, which comes complete with an outdoor bar, should they wish to host a cocktail reception before sitting down to dinner, or use the terrace as a breakout space in between meetings.
