Wincanton Racecourse

Located in the Somerset countryside, the Jockey Club’s Wincanton Racecourse is known for its challenging hurdle course and the popular Kingwell Hurdle race in February (the race often acts as a significant trial for the Cheltenham Champion Hurdle). As you’d expect from a Jockey Club venue, the conferences facilities are extensive, along with the purpose-built banqueting, wedding and party spaces. There’s also plenty of outdoor space to suit events that require a marquee or more space still, for fairs and company fun days. The largest conference space is the Kingwell Room, which accommodates up to 150 seated guests theatre style or 200 for a drinks reception. There are also 12 syndicate rooms, which work well as breakout spaces or for board meetings and can hold up to 16 seated delegates. Free Wi-Fi, raceday hospitality packages and ample parking complete the package.
