The Refinery St Andrew Square

Drake & Morgan’s Edinburgh outpost spreads across two glass-fronted storeys close to Waverley station. The floors, which blend the group’s signature industrial chic with some Scottish flourishes, can be hired separately or as one. Their open-plan design makes all sorts of events possible, from breakfast meetings onwards, and there’s a dedicated semi-private area for more secluded dinners. Menus are hearty and casual; cocktails are a house speciality.
