The Green House at No. 11 Cavendish Square

The ground-floor Green House is one of our favourite spaces at No.11 Cavendish Square. This 140 person capacity room in the townhouse’s contemporary building has amazing features to ensure smooth running of your event. There is a stunning central wood panelled champagne bar for serving nibbles and drinks, two 65in LED monitors with a sound bar, and a cool Sonos wireless music system. The room is also bathed in natural light thanks to large high windows which offer a beautiful view all day through to night. Centrally located within the buzz of Oxford Circus in the heart of the West End, the Green House has excellent public transport links to mainline stations.

The venue space remains true to the origins of the Grade II listed townhouse while still being modern and excitingly innovative in its design. The truly versatile room can be used for a variety of functions from hosting the annual office Christmas party to corporate dinners or an elaborate awards ceremony. No matter the season, summer or winter, the venue sparkles with natural light or can be lit up from within to create a whole new atmosphere for the DJ to take the night away. While receptions are an option and great use of the space, the room shines best for celebrations or dinners. There are different possible layouts for each type of event. Seating capacities for dinner or lounging are for 80 spaces. Catering comes from Dish, the in-house restaurant with delicious themed menus for indulgent lunches and bespoke dinners for special occasions. The catering minimum spend is £3500 on weekends. The room is available Monday to Friday from 6pm and can be hired for 8 hours with additional charges for every subsequent hour.
