The Woods' Silver Fleet Thames private charter has decided on 'Into the Woods' as the theme for its Christmas parties this year. That means boats will be decked out with woodland-inspired knick-knacks, celebrating the forests of Britain.
There are two stylish and contemporary boats to choose from: the more intimate Silver Barracuda, which can host between 15 and 235 guests, or the Silver Sturgeon, with room for between 50 and 550.
A welcome cocktail is included upon arrival on board (meet the ship at the Savoy Pier in central London) followed by a lavish three-course dinner aboard.
The menu is distinctly festive. Options for the 2018 Christmas party season include Balmoral Estate venison carpaccio with shallot, enoki mushrooms and blackberry, and slow braised Devonshire beef shin with red cabbage, blue pepe and glazed parsnips.
