This year, a number of new menus and banquets will be put on across the resort’s many venues. Forget you’re standard sit-down three-course dinner and throw in some live acts, tribute bands, discos, magicians, dancers and comedians. Fun activities for private groups can also be arranged from team challenges to firework displays. We like the look of this year’s menus, which include wild boar, pulled pork and juniper terrine; seafood and smoked salmon roulade with cucumber relish; and the Christmas yule log.
