If you like a bit of local history with your pigs in blankets, you can be transported back to London’s great frost fairs of the 18th and 19th centuries. Inspired by the periods in which Londoners came out to play on the frozen River Thames, the two venues will be dressed with bunting, a Punch and Judy stand, and traditional market stalls. There will also be a Christmas tree with frost fair-inspired decorations in the entrance hall.
